Ronaldo Is Not Leaving – Ancelotti

El Fenomeno has had a nightmare of a campaign, and has made just one appearance due to injury.

In the past couple of weeks he has been strongly linked with a move to Flamengo, with the Brazilian club claiming that Ronaldo wants to sign for them.

“Ronaldo has never expressed any desire to leave Milan in my presence,” Ancelotti told journalists at the Rossoneri’s training camp in Dubai.

“The talk about a possible move to Flamengo has been made up entirely in Brazil and has nothing to do with the player’s wishes.

“He is completely committed to Milan and he will continue to give his full commitment to trying to restart training with a ball.”

Ronaldo will be out of action for at least another three weeks with his latest injury and reports in the Italian press today claimed that the player had visited Vice-President Adriano Galliani and told him that he has no faith in the Milan medical staff.

The 31-year-old’s contract with the Rossoneri runs out at the end of the season, and it seems unlikely he will be offered a renewal unless he can prove his fitness between now and the summer.
