Alex, Gilberto Silva back in Brazil squad for friendlies against United States, Mexico

MONTPELLIER, France: Midfielder Gilberto Silva and defender Alex were recalled to Brazil's squad Thursday for next month's friendlies against the United States and Mexico.

"We already have an idea for the team we'll use," Dunga said. "But all players must remain alert and maintain their performance."

Brazil will play the United States on Sept. 9 in Chicago and Mexico three days later in Boston.
